In the heritage city-center of Gdynia, nearby historical neoclassicist “Willa Szczęść Boże” residence, we have designed a 6-story infill building. The simple shape of the building body refers to modernism, while the interiors refer to art-deco style. The commercial space is situated on the 1. and 2. story, the upper floors house residential units.
